INGREDIENTS:
  • 5 Fresh shrimp, peeled, cut back
  • 2 large cloves of garlic
  • 150 grams asparagus cut into 1.5 inch long
  • 4-5 pcs.chopped carrots to decorate (option)
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
  • Seasoning powder
  • A pin of black pepper crack
  • Chicken stock
  • A pin of Sugar or as you like
  • Fried garlic for garnishing

Method
  • Set the pan on the stove using medium heat.
  • Add vegetable oil Add garlic and stir fry.
