  • 5 fresh shrimp
  • 2 coriander roots

How to:

  1. Mixing coriander, garlic and pepper together. Then mix it with prepare shrimp.  Leave to marinate for 5 minutes.
  2. Take the marinated shrimp. Wrap it up with noodles until it's all complete.
  3. Heat a pan, add oil, use medium heat, wait until the oil is hot. Then fry the prepared shrimp until cooked and golden brown. Scoop up and rest on a wire rack.
  4. Serve, garnished with coriander. and chopped chili peppers Served with Mango dipping sauce.

Prepare:

  • 0.5 ripe mango, cut into small dice
  • 30 grams shallot, small diced
  • 15 grams chopped bird's eye chilli
  • 1 green lime
  • 1 bunch of coriander
  • a pinch of salt

Mix the sauce:

Prepare a mixing bowl, add diced ripe mango into it. Add diced shallots, squeeze lime, a little salt, and chop coriander and stir well. The taste is sour, salty, slightly spicy, and sweet with ripe mango.
